Orders within Lagos arrive in 1–2 business days. Mainland Nigeria is 2–4 business days. International orders take 7–14 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?+
Yes — we offer 30-day returns on unopened products. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll send a free replacement. Wigs that have been worn or styled cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?+
All VeeBeez products are dermatologist-tested and free from sulfates, parabens, and mineral oil. That said, we always recommend a patch test on the inner arm 24 hours before first use. If irritation occurs, email us and we'll happily refund you.
Are your wigs 100% human hair?+
Yes. Every wig in our collection is 100% human hair unless otherwise clearly labelled. We source ethically and never use synthetic blends in our premium lace wigs.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship to Nigeria, Ghana, the UK, the US, and Canada. For other countries, please reach out to hello@veebeez.ng and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
